1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, access any gaming or betting product, or conduct any financial transaction on mpo12. Individuals under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using the Platform. mpo12 applies mandatory age verification to all new registrations and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The mpo12 Platform is operated for and directed at players in Indonesia and other permitted jurisdictions as determined by mpo12 from time to time. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using mpo12 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.

2.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to hold a mpo12 Account: employees of mpo12 or its affiliates and subsidiaries, and immediate family members of such employees; individuals who have been self-excluded or permanently excluded from the Platform; individuals acting as proxies or agents for excluded persons.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Member is permitted to maintain only one active mpo12 Account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), and a valid email address or phone number. mpo12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. mpo12 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact mpo12 support immediately via Live Chat or WhatsApp.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). mpo12 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all new accounts. You may be required to submit a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed. mpo12 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted.

3.5 Account Currency. All mpo12 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Rupiah. mpo12 does not operate multi-currency accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. mpo12 accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI; and via e-wallet services OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet. mpo12 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

4.3 Deposit Crediting. Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time upon confirmation of receipt by mpo12's payment system. If a deposit is not reflected in your Wallet within 30 minutes, contact Live Chat support with your transfer receipt for manual verification.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit using a payment method in your own name; and (c) met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses used. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

4.6 Processing Time. mpo12 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes on average for verified members. Processing times may extend during peak periods, scheduled maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. mpo12 will communicate any delay via the member's registered contact details.

4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. mpo12 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all transactions. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. mpo12 reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay, or decline any withdrawal that triggers AML review thresholds. Suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by mpo12 are subject to these general terms and any additional specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between general and specific bonus terms, the specific terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 20%, and sportsbook bets contribute at rates determined by the specific promotion.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Bonuses are limited to one per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address during any promotional period, unless explicitly stated otherwise. mpo12 reserves the right to decline or revoke bonus claims where it reasonably suspects that a single individual or coordinated group is claiming multiple bonuses through multiple accounts.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any strategy that mpo12 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets across accounts, placing low-risk complementary bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting pricing errors — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

5.5 mpo12 Right to Modify. mpo12 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited to a Member's account will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of credit.

5.6 Seasonal Promotions. mpo12 may offer enhanced promotions during Indonesian national holidays and cultural events including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Ramadhan, and during major sporting events such as the Piala AFF, BRI Liga 1 season openers, and FIFA World Cup qualification matches. Specific terms for each event promotion will be published on the Platform at the time of the promotion.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Platform Products. mpo12 offers the following product verticals: online slots (including slot gacor — high-payout-rate slots — from studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft); live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sicbo, dragon tiger) streamed by Evolution Gaming; a sportsbook covering football (bandar bola — Indonesian football betting markets), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), badminton, MotoGP, basketball, e-sports, and other disciplines; and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws for Singapore, Sydney, and Hong Kong pools.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is accepted only when it has been confirmed by mpo12's system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Verbal or implied acceptance does not constitute a valid bet. mpo12 reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product, game, and market. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface at the time of placing a bet. mpo12 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time.

6.4 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. mpo12 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds or on an incorrectly priced market. If a technical error results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, the correct outcome as determined by the game server log shall prevail. mpo12 is not liable for losses arising from a Member's reliance on erroneously displayed information.

6.5 Game Integrity. All mpo12 casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently audited to ensure provably fair outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each slot title in its game information panel. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics under real-time streaming conditions and are not subject to RNG.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mpo12 Platform. Breach of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any suspected exploit must be reported to mpo12 support immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software or security infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mpo12 staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing access to your Account by any third party.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the mpo12 Platform — including but not limited to the mpo12 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, imagery, audio, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of mpo12 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Limited Licence. mpo12 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence or right is granted by implication or otherwise.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any mpo12 content without the prior written consent of mpo12. Unauthorised use of mpo12 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

9 Privacy & Data

9.1 Data Collection. By registering and using mpo12, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the mpo12 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

9.2 Purpose of Processing. mpo12 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC and AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, marketing communications (where consented to), and improvement of the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. mpo12 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay. mpo12 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance but is not liable for any loss arising from planned or unplanned downtime.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mpo12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, even if mpo12 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Cap on Direct Liability. mpo12's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 No Liability for Third-Party Content. mpo12 is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of content provided by third-party game studios, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the Platform. Any claims relating to third-party game outcomes or payment processing delays should be directed to the relevant third-party provider.

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by mpo12. mpo12 may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) mpo12 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority; (c) your account shows no activity for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account); or (d) mpo12 determines in its sole discretion that continued provision of the Platform to you poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

11.2 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting mpo12 support via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonus restrictions) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

11.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. mpo12 may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 10.000 per month, deducted from the Account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Member. Members will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence.

12 Governing Law

12.1 Jurisdiction. mpo12 is operated under international gaming licences issued by recognised offshore regulatory authorities. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo12 holds its primary gaming licence.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and mpo12, you agree to first contact mpo12's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Class actions and representative proceedings are waived to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

13 Amendments

13.1 Right to Amend. mpo12 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Members via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
